Stay active and improve your strength, mobility, and balance in this free fitness class designed for seniors. Certified instructors lead participants through low-impact aerobics, light strength training, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility movements to help support muscle preservation and fall prevention.
Most exercises are performed seated in a chair, with occasional standing movements. All activities can be modified to accommodate individual abilities and fitness levels.
